The following terms are used in this Agreement with the following meanings:

– “The Company” refers to GainWithMaseev, the parent company of GainWithMaseev.com.
– “This website” refers to “GainWithMaseev.com.”
– “Us,” “we”, “GWM” refer to GainWithMaseev.com WHILE its parent company is “Maseev, MID or Maseev Invisible Digitals”.
– “User Content” includes all data, materials, and media provided by Users on the marketplace.
– “Written notice” means communication via email, commercial courier service, airmail, or the Company’s Website.
– “Authorized Person” refers to any legal entity authorized by the Company within this Agreement.
– “Services” refers to services provided by the Company under this Agreement.

2. ACCEPTANCE

By using this web application, you certify that you are above 18, have read and agreed to comply with these terms. If you disagree, do not access the Service. These conditions are effective upon your first access to the site.

3. PERSONAL DATA

For information on data collection, refer to our privacy policy on the website. Users must meet specific criteria, including being 18 years+, having a valid ID, and an operational bank account. We will not be responsible for any fraudulent activity carried out by users of the
site

Users may use accounts for legitimate purposes in line with our services and guidelines, depending on their subscription package. However, user shall not do the following or use the
website in this manner.

1. Copy or republish the website
2. Modify or create derivative works based upon the website services and original features
3. Remove, modify or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices
   contained in the website.
4. Use the website for fraudulent or criminal activities and misrepresentations. If such
   activities are observed, we are obligated to report to the appropriate law enforcement
   agency.
5. Use any of the website features such as the comment or chat feature to harass or bully
   other users.

7. SUSPENSION AND RESTRICTION OF USER ACCOUNTS

Accounts may be suspended for involvement in fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or other offenses.

8. REFUNDS

Users, advertisers and maybe partners can request refunds within 14 days for products or services not meeting specifications. Refunds are not available for activated products. You are advice to read our Refund Policy.

9. WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS

While we provide access to the marketplace, account maintenance, and support, we do not warrant error-free services or specific criteria of accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, performance or quality.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for misrepresentations, and users are advised to verify information independently  neither do we regulate the prices or features of listed products and offerings. We advise users to clarify facts relating to the above stated issues with the particular business partner involved. The Company and our affiliates, shareholders, agents, consultants or employees are not liable for any damages whatsoever relating to your use of this site or the online services or the information contained on this site or your inability to use this site or the online services

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of GainWithMaseev, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or license including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the GainWithMaseev’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You grant GainWithMaseev a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, contact the company in order to reach an agreement..

14. TERMS AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement is valid until terminated by either party for specified reasons.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement unilaterally as follows: 

1. by GainwithMaseev where the User is found to have violated the rules and restrictions imposed by this Terms of Use
2. At the instance of the User, where he ceases to use the website or requests that his account be deactivated.

15. THE LAW GOVERNING OUR RELATIONSHIP

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes may be resolved amicably, through mediation, arbitration, or in a Nigerian court.

16. DISPUTE 

Except with respect to intellectual property rights, if a dispute arises between the parties relating to the interpretation or performance of this Terms of Use, or the grounds for the
termination hereof, the parties agree to resolve same amicably or by mediation or arbitration. Where mediation or arbitration is unsuccessful, either party may proceed to seek redress in a court of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify GainWithMaseev against legal claims arising from their use or misuse of services.

19. PAYOUTS

Withdrawal processing is under 24 hours of request. Payouts are processed only on weekdays. A minimum payout limit of N5,000 applies.

20. REPORTED/FAKE SUBMISSIONS

A fee may apply for fake/unrelated submissions. Account limitations may be imposed for consistent violations. Fee varies depending on some factors. (membership level, worth/cost of damage).
