Membership Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account on Gainwithmaseev (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Agreement and Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the services provided by Gainwithmaseev.

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

To become a member of Gainwithmaseev, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Gainwithmaseev offers various membership packages with associated features. The details of each package, including membership fees, benefits, and services, are outlined in the Membership Packages section of the Terms and Conditions.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Members agree to pay the specified membership fees associated with their selected package. Fees may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

5. UPGRADE/DEGRADE OF MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Members can upgrade their membership but cannot downgrade to a lower package. Details of the upgrade process are outlined in the Upgrade/Degrade of Membership Packages section of the Terms and Conditions.

6. REFUNDS

Members have the right to request refunds for goods and services that do not meet specified standards. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase, and no refunds are available for activated products or services.

7. USE OF USER CONTENT

By uploading content to Gainwithmaseev, you grant the platform a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content. For more details, refer to the Intellectual Property section of the Terms and Conditions.

8. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

This agreement remains in force as long as the user’s account is active. Either party may terminate the agreement for specific reasons outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Gainwithmaseev reserves the right to modify or replace these Membership Terms and Policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes at least 3 days before new terms take effect.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Members agree to indemnify Gainwithmaseev and hold the platform harmless against legal claims arising from the use or misuse of services and dealings with other users/business partners.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Membership Agreement and Policy will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of the Terms and Conditions.
