Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the Gainwithmaseev website. We retain the right to modify this Refund Policy at our discretion.

Full refund: If a service, microtask, or product is not delivered within the specified time frame, we offer a 100% refund to the Client. Additionally, for the sake of ensuring user satisfaction, clients can contact us regarding refunds or other issues via our email: hi@gainwithmaseev.com.

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

We will initiate a refund in the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch or any other error.
2. Refund is made as per the provisions outlined in our refund policy, which we update periodically.
3. Refund is deemed necessary as per the discretion of our customer support staff.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Our refund process is straightforward. To claim a refund, send an email to hi@gainwithmaseev.com. We are here to assist you, and if any issues arise, our back-office team is available for inquiries. If, for any valid reason, a refund is confirmed by our back-office staff, it will be processed accordingly.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY: 


Any order made through unethical means, exploiting a technical glitch, or misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes will result in the cancellation of the particular order(s). In such cases, Gainwithmaseev will not be liable to provide any refund.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND:


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the processing is complete.

REFUND CYCLE:


The entire refund process typically takes about 7 -14 working days from the date of the refund confirmation.
